Got this roll bar for free with the car. If I had to shop for one I would have probably chosen something else. But it looks fine and that money can go towards something else.

 

DATSUN PROGRESS

....Finally.

Dustin helped me out today and we got the sound deadening all removed. Flat areas were a cake walk with some dry ice to harden the tar. Areas we couldn't get the ice on took some work with a hammer and chisel.

Put the triumph up for sale on craigslist. It's priceless, rare, and definitely unique. However having one less non running vehicle to deal with and think about just seems ideal.

Dakar Yellow 1998 M3 5 speed sedan, also know as the M3/4/5. With the number of E36 M3 sedan's around the 7600 mark, these are pretty rare cars. Add it being a 5 speed and that number drops under 2500, add the dakar paint and now you're talking about a pretty rare find.

Don't get me wrong I love a subtle color on a sports car. The irony of a white Porsche or Lambo has always done something for me. And yes I'm aware that Justin Bieber has a white Lambo. 

However there are some colors that just define certain vehicles. Colors that from a mile you still know exactly what's coming your way.

Dakar yellow along with Techno violet were some of the rare colors that the E36 M3 came in, and we're not available but to a few other models. Here's my first M3 that made me fall for this color.

Miss having a fun daily, I get so much of an enjoyment out driving that there's no sense in having something boring. I may have found a deal on another E36 M3. Same rare Dakar yellow as my last one just with two extra doors.
